(EDIT: 7/13/2020 I moved a thread from the Archives, deleting the posts of my 'interlocutor', who no longer participates, but copying their text at the beginning of my responses. I'm no longer at all sure about the typing of 'Styx' we agreed on. But I think rather than say what my misgivings are I'd like to hear other people's honest, independent impressions. vincent , Amy , anybody? I do also want to discuss his c.t., which Vincent and I had agreed on as TiSe, but my Former Business Partner mentions his strong Te? But Vincent, please don't do only the c.t. The E-type needs to be resolved. Thanks.) No, not the band. He is another disaffected left leaning moderate who has been pulled to the center right by the lunacy. He has said so. He appears to me to be sx last 739 Smooth Operator. It's hard to say which flow though. His moniker comes from when he was a practicing warlock. He does seem to delight in dismantling everything but he also seems to have sp first wall, and even with this tritype seems too offhanded and casual for counterflow. Also, I definitely don't think having been a practicing warlock is an indicator of counterflow. I lean toward sp/soc-->soc/sx for his stacking. 7w6 seems very clear and 3w4 and 9w1 very likely. Unlike with others I can't think of any indication that there might be a hidden 2w1 instead of the 3w4 I'm seeing. He is Amy-ish in the heart, very look at me, I came up with this idea, but that is very self-contained. He seemed unfazedly and vaingloriously non-compliant. Attached to what's going on and to being seen but reflexively non-compliant. I also find his style to be consistent with the sp 7 'business is pleasure and pleasure is business'. Why not be a youtube warlock? Why not shift to youtube political commentator? Meet and monetize many friends.

Two posts from my Former Business Partner with this text:
Post 1: lmao I like his style. This guy is 👌🏻 He makes sense too. He’s quite Te pragmatic and has an ability to stand outside of things, which I find comes much more naturally for those outside of the 369 inner triangle.
Post 2: p.s. He’s also truly realistic, which I find very much an SP 7 thing and a good corollary to someone like JP who although he couches his manifestos in “real speak” lives in imaginary land. It’s all “catastrophe prepping” in a way with him. It seems like he believes the West will legit become a Stalinist gulag, if we’re not careful. So much worry.
* * *
[FBP], the problem with JP is health level. He did not have enough 9 integrated when he embarked on this global leadership odyssey. I'd say he was an average Six (L5 though at first thought L4), so he extended between low healthy and high bottom. The question was which way he would go and what happened was he stressed to 3. An average Six can either free their mind or can become polarizing as in self-promoting = dogmatic. It is easier for Styx as a 7 to stay aloof. But that has its own price to pay. He is clearly still 'deprivation avoidant'. He seems to embody the L4 'experienced sophisticate' very well. I can't even see him having a motivation to get to truly healthy levels as he is quite self-satisfied. With Jordan you never know...he is so way deep 'in it' anything can still happen.

EDIT: Deleted FBP's post "Yeah 'experienced sophisticate' is good for him. You find him self-satisfied? hmm I wonder if that’s not his 3 fix? I still pick up some 7 lack of total satisfaction. You mentioned “boredom” in chat. To me he does have that 7 need to always “have his hands in things” or more like his head in his case. The dabbler doesn’t really do him total justice, since he does seem to know his stuff (his intel is thorough and not dipping into surface) but then I don’t know much about the occult. Actually the self-satisfied vibe you get might be his 9ish comfort.
Interesting things he says about agape. I experience this with my kids and have come to it with my husband. He’s right too. It can be a bitch and it is imo also more risky (it makes you vulnerable to feeling devasted for someone else, grief and so much more all the time) than romantic love or hate."
* * *
[FBP], yes, I find him satisfied with his frustration. It is a comfort zone I can't see him having much motivation to transcend, since the Internet provides so much opportunity for him to discharge it.

We agreed upon sp/soc 7w6-9w1-3w4 so unless someone disagrees @arya , @animal, we pick up styx. ps arya, note similarities and differences to your mother. She is soc/sp with high sp; he seems sp/soc with high social.

Good morning year 2020,
The video below is how I wound up going back to him today. It came up on YouTube and the end really seemed it could exemplify TiSe c.t. He starts to conceptualize all these sociopolitical strands in terms of something like "The Art of War". Yes, it IS very pragmatic, but it seems like too much of a fine-stranded web to be mainly Te; it seems like how Ti COULD go through instrumental Se (in order to come to a more longitudinal 'theory of everything' in Ni). At the same time I noticed that he really does NOT have what vincent calls the 'beta voice' (gravelly and growly); what he DOES have is what Auburn has called a Te voice (but I must add he applied this with absolutely no consistency).
So I went back to the Styx thread here. I found it was in the "Archives" and moved it. I was hit with my/our old E-typing. It isn't the same as the more recent one that's been bubbling in my head, although the arguments here are convincing. So...thoughts, please?

I haven't watched the videos yet (i will soon)
For now my first thought is that the ct typing and the enneagram one doesn't correlate nicely, at all. 7 leading for Ne polr doesn't sound right.

From the first video :
I get a TiSe impression again. Ti frame (with Fe inf) reacting to the ambient irrationality and "panic" with an analysis of the Se field.
His reference to History seems pretty demonstrative to me. And he does seem to be delineating what will or won't collapse, what can or can't collapse, which is consistent with Ni tertiary imo. And his confidence that collapse is not an option is consistent with Ne polr imo.
Regarding the E-type, the arguments for sp/so 793 are convincing indeed. And i regret i saw them before the videos. It certainly affects my impressions.
For now, i must say i don't find him particularly superficial, in the way i would expect a 7 lead to be.

Well lately I have been thinking he is so/sp 5w6 and/or 1w9 fix...but I'm really not sure...he does seem quite avaricious and 'punctilious'...also tbcd.

From the 2nd video
Hmmm
"love is much more dangerous than hate. It's much more potentially dangerous to people who are able to feel it anyway" "Attachment is much more dangerous than detachment".
I'm starting to think he might be a 5 actually.
The whole thing, starting with the pretext of the Greek concept of Agape, very loosely related to the Occult, sounds a lot like a thesis to me.
And btw "Practicing warlock" would fit the "telekinetic / telepathic" pattern of the type.

Ct wise, i really don't think Te dominance is an option. I can't see him as Ni polr nor Si polr.
Most of his pragmatism seems to come from Se ("Dogs eat dogs") rather than Te to me.
And about his voice, i agree he doesn't have a classic beta voice.
He get close on his lowest notes, kind of.But the center of gravity of his voice is higher, more heady.
I don't know if it should disprove TiSe, but it might be another argument for 5.

Another dimension to this is that Styx conceives this "Art of War" to be a biological one (literally or metaphorically). "If I unleashed a virus on my enemy..." In this case we're in the realm of thought pathogens. This seems consistent with absolutely valued Si, which could be 'demonstrative' with TiSe. When the philo-anti-Semite goes (almost) full-blown Jews-are-pathogens mode, he may be demonstrating Si as well. I think?

Watching the third video now.
He does seem so/sp here indeed.
He is making himself the prophet of Poetic Justice in a way.
And he loves it.
I'm positive his is Ti at this point. And he really really doesn't seem alpha.

Yes i absolutely agree.
The philo-anti-semite would probably replace Frankenstein with the Golem to say the same essential thing.
edit : i have to go, i'll get back to it later tonight.

Well vincent , I have just been going around lately assuming he is a 5 and forgetting I had pegged him as 7. If I think about it, I have (probably) been assuming he's a so/sp 5w6(6w7) with 3w4 and 1w9. That makes him very close--but in some ways very far--from Gavin McIness (so/sp 5w6[6w7]-3w2[4w3]- 8w7[7w6]). Which actually makes sense. He is kind of like the "Poindexter" Vulcan brains of the operation, the "Tuvak" to McIness' "Captain Kirk/Whoever" on right wing punk chic spaceship Enterprise. I certainly don't have a problem with triple competency for Styx. One might say, what is he doing though? Well...he is doing commentary. Very successfully. Making money, more than treading water, staying 'out of trouble' with the censors while maintaining his 'bite'...it's no small feat. I believe there was a slight tendency for my FBP and me to overtype 9w1 (fix and lead) based on a perception of 'how she is' that wasn't entirely correct. She's most certainly 9w1 and 5w6 fixed but Styx is far, far more unaffected and less push-pull. I can easily see Styx having both the 5w6 and its exact wormhole (1w9). Adding in the so/sp may be a bit much, though, not sure. It may be sp/SO, or sp/so, e.g.? ? ? I also think double-attached makes less sense for Styx than one attachment, with one frustration and one rejection. And rejection lead. He is so...removed...that said he seems to have pretty high health level (maybe level 4?) and it can be hard to tell both 5 from 7 AND 1 from 7 at the higher levels. Very integrating triple competencies CAN seem Sevenish because of the double move to 7 on the 5 and 1...
