I stumbled upon this one while i was cleaning up my browser bookmarks.
I don't remember where i found it. And i have no idea who "John' is either.
Anyway here it is :
It has all the flaws of most MBTI tests. it check the axis (as in F vs T, N vs S), not the functions. But it's a dynamic test that will give you different questions (and potentially more questions) depending on how you reply.
Which, in theory, is a very good idea.
I get INFJ, INFP or INTP depending on which questions i choose to "skip".
My (ESTP) wife get ESTP, ESTJ or ESFP.
What results do you guys get with this one ?

37%ENFP 28%ENTP 10%ENTJ 8%INFP 3%ESFP
Well, if you add up the other two gammas and my shadow it beats ENFP, which I practically always get in MBTI.
But probably the answer was in all the ones I skipped. Seeing no difference in all those disparate things for me would BE the type, the introverted but unsentimental one...
(oops wrong a/c, Roshan)

Yes indeed. Exactly.
And the number itself, 37%, is more significant that the letters that follows it in a way.
I mean, it's a very low confidence score for this kind of test. And i'm pretty sure an actual ENFP would get an higher-than-average one. Even if they end up mistyping themselves btw.

39% INTP
25% ENFP
13% ENTP
13% INFP
03% ENTJ
I didn't skip any.
four biggest pie slices were, in descending order, independence, inspiration, exploration, intimacy.

38% INTP
25% INFP
10% INTJ
8% ENTP
8% INFJ
No surprises there.
For some reason he's correlating the pie-chart words with the types. For instance, INFP is "intimacy" and INTJ is "competence."

Well, this kind of test won't be able to make the difference between a withdrawn ENTP and an extraverting INTP.
It seems to "decide" early between introversion and extraversion and doesn't double check it as much as it does with the other axis.
So no big surprise here.
At least, you're correctly identified as a high Ne NT.

I wish it would have been more consistent on axis rather than NvS

winter, how do you self-type ct-wise? I would have thought INFP (FiNe)with heavy Ti role but...

Yeah.
F vs T questions just sucks, generally. This test is no exception. No matter how many variants of "is it better to be good or to be fair ?" it throws at you, it will miss the mark. And if you skip them, it gives you more of the same.
For this, function based tests (like this one) are a bit better.

You people with your Fe/Ti axis, you're so cute.

winter, how do you self-type ct-wise? I would have thought INFP (FiNe)with heavy Ti role but... I got typed IEI in socionics, seems to fit pretty well. Gives me high Fi still. Rí thinks I’m potentially like some isfp or intj jump type but I’m not as knowledgeable about those.

Well he may be in the right ballpark but let's hold off on this for a bit and see how your expression develops here. It's very different from what I saw on ET.

Yes medication changes and improvement in overall level of dissociation from the world compared to say when my typing video was out (you can actually see it there, I watched the intro the other day to show jazz and I was shocked at how foggy I was) has created quite a contrast. If that’s the way you’re seeing it? If not I’d be interested to know the difference.

At this point what I consider to be the true nature of "the Fs" is the murkiest thing for me within JCT, though what I understand of Ni has me favoring it in a prominent position, Frame (1st) or not. yeah having spent extensive time speaking with her in a variety of moods, and having seen her original typing video from ET, that video was def not a good representation
