Lorde is ongoing and I'll be adding in to the posts I set up for her musical output in chronological order because it's the most efficient way in the long run, so people will have to keep checking those posts to see 'what's new'. Feel free to post there though. Lorde seems very important to understand because in many ways she goes against what you'd expect of a 4w5 (or for that matter any Four), especially now that roads are leading to Te frame. I put up James Baldwin for comparison because he seems to also be so/sp 4w5. But...maybe not.... I've also made what I could of the work we had to do in the Admin section on "Two Stackings" public. That thread in its original form had to be private for various reasons, but especially because part of it was about a regular Facebook person. Most of this Two-athon was kicked off by the Fiona Apple typing thread but I'd known for some time that I didn't understand Two stackings and that Naranjo's sp Two (what he called the Fourish Two and "Ineffective Help") obfuscated as much as it clarified, which was a lot. . Atm a lot of work on Two stackings is scattered among that thread and the Barbara Walters, Fiona, and Jennifer Lopez threads. I'll be putting it all together more coherently but for now it is what it is. Sorry. I also took the opportunity to vent a bit about "Why Are We Even Doing This?, originally on the Baldwin thread, but then I moved it. enneaforum.freeforums.net/post/6247/thread--Roshan

The reason all this comes up together is because of the overlap between 2 and 4, the 2/4 line. There's a lot more than is generally acknowledged. A lot. But it seems (so far) to most assert itself with...something to do with sp....

I consolidated the short thread "Type 8 Prosperity Gospel Preachers" and posts related to type 8 including the RH list of exemplars from the Kipling/Man Who Would Be King thread into one thread "Type 8", in the Enneagram Theory section. Note the explanation at the beginning of the new thread enneaforum.freeforums.net/post/3101/thread (and 'end' of the Kipling thread).--Roshan

I set up a Fun and Games subboard for the Enneagram board on the public forum. That board now has four subboards and I also set up four subboards for the Cognitive Type board. Please feel free to make your own typology-related group activities on the Fun and Games subboards. Seems you will need to have a feature enabled to make polls though so let me know if you need it and it's not enabled.

I have made subboards for the tritypes in the public Study Hall and I am in the process of making one exemplar each for now. If you have a favorite for a particular tritype please let me know. --Roshan

It'll be quite a process just to get one exemplar (sticky thread) up for each tritype in the Study Hall in a way that's satisfactory to me but I'm doing it out in the open or else I'll procrastinate forever. So don't assume because you looked at a post or thread that it's finished, or even near finished. Sorry but I'm the biggest 'jumper' on earth. Te, or tbh any T really, only kicks in when I'm interfacing, the more interface the better I focus, soooo..... In the meantime you should all feel free to hop on those threads and make suggestions, comments, questions...they can always be cleaned up later. btw I worked on planning this section with vincent and anthony. --Roshanak Eukaria D'Omani y Sharon

Also the whole tritypes project wouldn't even exist without "S" and neither would the forum. I owe her a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid and would also be very happy if she came back. She also came up with some of the names I'm still using and I have to acknowledge she did over there as I work on getting it up.

You have to click on "Tritype Exemplars" (name of board) and then scroll down and see which ones I've done because they're NOT in order at ALL atm... vincent, etc.

I've heard her name in whispers but I'm curious what she's up to these days, then

hiddenglass, you had read S's old posts last time you were a member in what is now the private discussion board, and iirc commented on one that had graphics. S. isn't spoken about in whispers by us at all since she's such an integral part of the whole process, just very rarely publicly because we don't know how she would feel about that. I'm hoping she'll return one day.

All members should note the revised descriptions on the home page for the Memborabilia and Related Topics subbboards (taking the term 'descriptions' loosely, mind you...) There is a lot of overlap; I myself couldn't decide whether to make my Cathars thread into a separate blog in Memborabilia or a 'related topic', due to the spiritual question of dualism "v." monotheism/trinitarianishm which is very much related to E. I put it in Related Topics but if it gets very autobiographical (and it might) I may wind up moving it to Memborabilia. On the other side of that, at some point I may consolidate parts of it into something really 'pedagogical' that goes into the Related Topics of the Study Hall section. Also, if I had really wanted to stress the historical over the spiritual, theological, and personal aspects of Catharism, I could have easily put it in the Humanities subboard of the Round Table in the Inner Forum. As suggested by the 'descriptions', the Round Table is definitely the place for discussion that doesn't have a fairly obvious relevance to 'E/ct', that is to say some kind of psychological, metaphysical ,or esoteric bent. So if, say, you want to write about your political opinions, that could go in the Round Table--or it could go in Memborabilia since after all anything you write sheds light on your type. But if your intent is to have a discussion on politics, it would have to go in the Round Table. Then, if you haven't been invited into the Inner Forum, you would either have to enhance your participation on EF or discuss politics somewhere else. If you have any questions, please ask. --Roshanak, Duquesne of Eukaria D'Omani y Sharon and all its Riddermarks

During this our little. lockdown I've been alternating somewhat indiscriminately between my Roshan account and posting under Admin (trying to remember to also put my name when I post as Admin). This is just out of convenience since I'm doing a lot of admin work. There is no intent to convey 'authority'' and it will stop when the forum reopens or shortly thereafter (or possibly before)_. vincent also uses the Admin account and occasionally has posted with it recently for non-admin purposes for the same reasons I have. He also puts his name (or if either of us forget to we should do it for the other).

Well, the Open Forum became the Building, but then there seemed to be no need for the Building because no one was using it. So we moved all the threads in it to the Penthouse (how Public Forum) and just left the Building up temporarily with notes saying where the posts were moved to.
The Building would be being demolished very soon but we've decided to keep it up just in case there's a need for it after all. Meanwhile, I've moved it to below the Study Hall so people don't miss new things there. And also because it looked ungainly to have those posts just saying 'moved thread' so conspicuous on the home page.
