I stumbled upon this article he wrote during a mini-foray into E. Michael Jones again. I found the one video below on youtube and he looks very different with glasses on from this photo, accompanying a bio, which is probably also a bit older. I find him quite interesting. He seems to me to be FeSi creative subtype, though SiFe cs is also possible (or for that matter something else). But he reminds me too much of a healthy version of "Morty"--with a certain self-effacing, winking coyness that dominates the room by presuming intimacy a priori; his gestures at times and the whole presentation seem pretty Te role-heavy; and also as you will see (I hope), he doesn't absolutely value either a tradition or physical health itself (Si) quite as much as what it can lead to in terms of understanding the nature of reality (Nx). Two things that really stand out to me are that shadow integration seems to be what impelled him to get a PhD in philosophy after he got his MD (so a shift to concretization of Fi subjective inner valuation from Fe), and also the way in which Catholicism itself contains a sort of paradox of 'F'. We are all part of the body of Christ, so Fe > Fi, but Christ is the embodiment of the ultimate Person, so Fi > Fe. I assume Fernandes' being a Catholic fom India (Goa) who also wound up in Ohio made him particularly aware of being 'different' within our oneness. Anyway if I'm right, he's an example of FeSi ---> FiSe integration. But of course I could be wrong.

"That is the challenge of a Catholic physician. We are seeking to love an individual person [patient], not people in general".

@43'23" he references Lord of the Rings and reads from his father; what follows for about the next eight minutes is also very revealing.

FWIW, my first impression for him is FeSi creative subtype indeed.
Seems way more likely than SiFe. I agree he is quite heavy on Te role. But then Te role is kind of heavy in itself.
I'll read the article and watch the video soon. tbcd.
Right. That sounds very true indeed.

"That is the challenge of a Catholic physician. We are seeking to love an individual person [patient], not people in general".
My godfather (who is a catholic priest, physician and "bioethicist") says and write very similar things to this.
All the time.
Except he would probably not frame it that explicitly in term of challenge.
And ct wise, i suspect this one might be SiFe creative subtype (heavy on Ni role)
Could be the difference between Se 6th and Se 5th here.
