Triple compliant is no pushover. Compliance means not so much compliant to other people's demands as compliant to standards larger than oneself. The demand for others to heed is always somehow there even if disguised, but it can be very loud and with double and triple compliant particularly so.We chose Admiral McRaven for the 'flagship' because he's close to what is generally thought of as this tritype but it can be just as sx'd up, creative, etc. as any other type. We don;t even think McRaven Is so/sp or close to it (note he does not mention for instance serving one's country or a higher call in the commencement speech, and he also has a heavy 'sp cover' to his voice and expressions) What he is is triply demanding of others to comply with his standards. Another thing ia that for sp 6, sp can mean 'other people's sp'. sp 6w5 with 1 is a sentinel.
