The main thing that I see as different from other 8 function systems is that he has function continuums (Pi-Pi/Ji-Ji etc) & function axes operating together without a specific "blocking" or slots. His conception of function dynamics & different type configuration is close to how it is here & to MP, a 3D-ish model that can rotate and flip whilst staying within main points.
Hmmm. I see.
Thanks for the infos ahmed Makes me wonder how is typing people then, because, on paper, this is a recipe for pretty wild mistypes.
I mean, even with a more-than-decent understanding of functions, guesstimate of function strength will never be enough to type people accurately. Not by a long shot.
I'll take another look at his stuff when i get the chance.
I haven't checked him out in a while but i remember something about convergent and divergent auxiliary flows, that are supposed to explain the dynamic of the middle functions. Can't remember much else though

Hmmm "convergent and divergent auxiliary flow" sounds pretty weird, in an intriguing way. I wouldn't be too surprised if it turns out to be an attempt to frame into a 4th function model what is actually happening with the 6th slot.
Anyway, here is another intriguing development i'll have to look at when i get the chance :
Binyamin Tsadik is apparently attempting to move to a 8th function model. Or maybe more accurately to expand "Objective Personality System" into a 8th function model.

I watched a bit of his theory videos So the "convergent" flow would be 1st <-> 3rd interplay, and 2nd <-> 4th would be the divergent interplay. (and from his video descriptions) "Convergent - Positive, creative, enacting change and seeking novelty." "Divergent - Negative, authoritative, instilling consequence and driving utility." I thought he was using an eight function model (but he isn't?) it is technically a five function model...the role is major but the other 3 functions are only implied with the "flipping axes" move (it actually overlaps quite a bit with the little schema i posted before) and from what I'm gathering, how he could probably explain them: the PoLR function would be the hardest to access because of how far it is from the main flow and would require a number of "swivels within swivels" the ignoring is hard too but it is in accordance with the inferior flow the demonstrative is easiest to access because it is in convergence with role. For the most part, his system fits what i imagine an 'agenda heavy' configuration of type could manifest as. But because it lacks slots he doesn't get to other possible direction flows.

I never checked Bin out (bias against OP? heh) but i know he is integrating quadras, but how would that fit with OP though? Dave is not gamma, under any definition of it
