We find the Behaviorism and Mythology descriptions with archetypes on cognitivetype.com to be a rather good introduction, especially for people who need a less T-heavy approach, though we see the 'vultulogy' system on that site as only one tool, accurate by itself as currently being applied to determine a person's cognitive type at best half the time.
