Typewatch ranges for review. The link is disorganized and seems rather abstruse but we've done a lot of work with it and hopefully can clarify and streamline as we proceed.

(went there to check typewatch name for sp/SO, which escaped me, and thought it would be nice to have those names in a single view)
Syn-flow stacking ranges :
SP/so : strongside sp/so : builder sp/SO : weakside
SO/sx : lightside so/sx : mercurial so/SX : darkside
SX/sp : seducer sx/sp : mystifier sx/SP : wanderer
Contra-flow stacking ranges :
SP/sx : ascetic sp/sx : binger sp/SX : decadent
SX/so : fireside sx/so : flirter sx/SO : coolside
SO/sp : warmside so/sp : cordial so/SP : formal

Great, vincent ! Some names I agree with, some I don't, others idk. What I do know is that though inherently incomplete, the division into single variant, double variant and midstream ranges is very important for typing. Another thing is that the double variant often pulls up the third and that's how come a lot of the so-called 'weakside' (terrible name) sp/SO's are so frisky. tbcd

Yes, i absolutely agree.
Yeah. I'm not a big fan of any of the sp/so and so/sp ones actually.
Will reread that mess of a thread when i get the chance. tbcd.
