Posting this after discussion with vincent about Jonas, who had a big effect on me when I happened to come upon The Phenomenon of Life: Towards a Philosophical Biology in my twenties. Pretty sure he's INTJ and wanted to find an interview video but found this. Posting it here because it may tie in with Sheldrake, so for content not typology reasons primarily.

Suddenly I start singing the lyrics to a song I started writing way back then but never finished about my very close and brilliant friend Michael Halpern who double majored in physics and art history at Columbia and died of AIDS in his early twenties in 1985....I guess I wrote it a few years after. Something in there about Avigno, I remember, I was thinking of Van Gogh and probably confusing his Rouen Cathedral because I remember 'stones of Avignon'. Michael wanted to become a restorer of classical art. I'll see if I have a draft of the song in my files...onward ho. God bless the beasts and the kings God bless everything. God bless the whites who spit on the blacks and God bless the little toasted children playing jacks and hey it's good to be alive there's gotta be a reason to be satisfied. Okay it's good to be alive even when you die.
